After defeating Boreas, head into his treasure room and look. You wont be able to update the quest again until Part 10. The well will teleport back to his brother, and the next time you speak to the original well in Cyseal, you'll resolve The Wishing Brother. Loot the nearby treasure chest, then teleport back by speaking to the well. Stand near it, then activate the Well Teleportation Spell from your inventory. Head up farther, and you'll see the second wishing well. Activate it, and the trap will disable, as well as unlocking all three gates. Just to the left of the gate, hidden by the bushes, is a lever. Use your lone remaining party member to head up the stairs, and you'll encounter a gate. Place your barrel on any of the switches, then split up the team so they're each standing on a different switch. Dig it up, and you'll unveil a fourth switch. Walk to the right of the rightmost one and you should perceive a dig spot. At the top of the stairs, you'll see three pressure plates. Take a barrel with you, then head up the stairs. There is a set of stairs beyond The Guardian, and a couple of barrels are next to it. Its in the chest near Hiberheims talking wishing well. He moves slowly and attacks slowly, though if he hits, he hits pretty hard. I dont exactly know who Skadi would be (Do you mean Boreas), but I get the feeling youre talking about the talisman needed to get the winter ring. The Guardian is basically immune to all status ailments, and his physical offense is incredibly high. You couldn't take him before, but if you're level 12, you should be able to beat him now. Bear east as you go: you're aiming for the eastern path that takes you to The Guardian. Teleport to the Hiberheim Forest Waypoint Portal, then move southeast. You'll see an item called the Well Teleportation Scroll that you need to collect. After defeating Boreas, head into his treasure room and look in the bottom-left corner. Go past it to enter an area that contains a spell that sends the wishing well back to Cysael. He tells you to use a medallion (found in The Chest by the Well) in the middle of Boreas' treasure room which gets you the Winter Ring.
